TECH CATERING LOCATIONS
Tech Catering is able to cater your event at all locations on, around, and even near campus. There are several locations on campus where Tech Dining is the exclusive catering. If your event is in one of the locations on campus where Tech Dining is the exclusive caterer, you’ll have to use Tech Catering for your event’s food and beverage services. There are also locations on campus where Tech Catering is the preferred caterer. At these locations, you are not required to use Tech Catering but we already have the facilities and services set up to seamlessly handle your event.

CATERING EXEMPTIONS
If the primary and secondary caterers can’t meet an event’s needs, you can request an exemption by completing the Catering Provider Exemption Form. However, approvals are rare due to the significant administrative effort required.
OR
Events costing less than $600 may qualify for catering exemptions. Find out how to make your event both fantastic and economical.

“Everyone loved the Southern Buffet! My attendees were a group of students from China who never experienced southern food. In the past, we’ve offered them an Asian menu, but this was by far the best choice.
This was the very first time I’ve ever ordered this buffet, and from a southerner, I can say it was delicious! The fried fish and macaroni and cheese were seasoned to perfection. I assume the chickpea patties were great, because they were all gone, and my group was totally stuffed. The dessert was delicious. The server was super nice, professional, and punctual.
